Because

Document how fields are being searched and returned, are they dynamic, are they case sensitive, etc?

Done when

We know how search is performing in AAPB

Additional context

Documentation is a first step to improving our search performance

Made this to make some sense of everything, but lots in comments to dig into in solr_conf/schema.xml
