Describe the bug
The Battery Charge Limit function does not work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Handheld Companion
2. Go to "Devices"
3. Enable Battery Charge Limit
4. Charge Battery
5. Watch the Battery charge past 80%

Expected behavior
The battery should stop charging at 80% to maintain battery life.
