MMD tools not showing up

• Blender: 4.1.1
• mmd_tools: I've tried multipe versions none of which seemed to work
• OS: Windows 11

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Preferences'
2. 1. Go to 'Add-ons'
3. Click on 'Install'
4. Click on the mmd tools zip file
5. Click on 'Install'
6. Scroll down through the entire add on repository
7. See nothing

I expected the mod to show up in the list, but it didn't show up no matter what version I used. I followed the tutorials closely, only to find that they won't solve my problem. I tried to troubleshoot by searching the error up in the internet but there were no useful tips. At this point I don't know what to do.

well, I suppose it's probably some compatibility issues, since I use MSI

Maybe you can try Blender 4.2 and mmd_tools 4.2.2. Blender 4.2 has just been released.
