chunk load lag

Description of bug

i am a speedrunner and play 1.16.1 . i had played in multimc before without any problems but recently i upgraded my pc. when i downloaded it again i had chunk lag issues and the chunks were loading very slowly. i don't know if it is fabric or the chunk or the multimc itself but i tried minecraft in normal minecraft launcher itself and there was no issue. i tried changing the java to the default in multimc as well but that also didnt work. i don't know what to do now

Steps to reproduce

this happened when i reinstalled multimc in new pc and the problem started all of a sudden
