Hello,

The analysis completes successfully, no errors, but the snp-dists folder contains only the .txt output

I've attached the snp matrix, heres my execution command, and some version info

nextflow run UPHL-BioNGS/Grandeur -profile docker,msa --fastas fastas/ --current_datasets

Nextflow version 24.04.4

I can confirm that this matrix throws an error. I just put in an issue to HeatCluster, and I hope it gets resolved soon.

This is the second such instance, the attached matrix from a very different dataset also throws an error

Have I just missed an update change? I did find heatcluster output in its own folder. I had only been looking in the snp-dist output folder which formally contained the txt as well as the images.

Did I just miss a release note and cause a bunch of problems?

sorry!!!

I can't remember when heatcluster files went into their own folder.

So it's now working? But when I ran your SNP matrix with heatcluster it wasn't... hmmm....

All I know is in my most recent run, analyzing that same species dataset but with new samples included, has produced a clustered and color-graded image in the heatcluster directory so as far as I'm concerned functionally its working!!

Thanks!
