Use RISE from package repository

Currently installing a custom wheel made with a fork of RISE to get reasonable font sizes.

Waiting for pull request #91 in the RISE repo to be merged, once done replace RUN pip install wheel && pip install jupyterlab_rise-0.42.0-py3-none-any.whl && rm -f jupyterlab_rise-0.42.0-py3-none-any.whl command in r-dsci-100-grading and py-dsci-100-grading Dockerfiles with just RUN pip install rise or other equivalent.
