<dd>Participating in the process of developing products,conducting user-oriented documentations, such as manuals, installation instructions, online help, etc.(Chinese/English)</dd>
<dd>Involved in creating and maintaining knowledge library related to products.( Chinese/English)</dd>
<dd>Continuously improving the quality of documentation related to products, techniques and projects.</dd>
<dd>Establishing and continuously improving documentation developing and releasing process.</dd>
<dd>Participating in standardizing documentation and promoting.</dd>
<dd>Working in pairs with SCRUM process</dd>
<dt>Qualifications</dt>
<dd>Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related majors.</dd>
<dd>Familiar with knowledge related to network security products; quick learning ability; ability to compose computer technical documentation.</dd>
<dd>Ability to handle words and copy writing; composing documentation with clear, explicit and understandable words.</dd>
<dd>Good reading and communication skills in English.</dd>
<dd>Clear logical thinking & team-working spirit.</dd>
<dt>Good Plus</dt>
<dd>Experience in software development/testing or product documentation development.</dd>
<dd>Good TOEFL, IELTS, GRE scores.</dd>
