多，深知规范的重要性。后来因为个人原因，遂不得不回到家乡重庆，找到一个公司。今年毕业进入公司至今，深感苦恼，因为公司的技术混杂，我急迫于构建一套前端规范，向管理层提出提案，但无奈本人实在太菜，能力和思考的深度远远不够，加之管理层不重视、其他团队成员也无兴趣，甚是苦恼。不知如何是好啊。
