Add a backup system to back up data collected by the bot.

This has been elevated to Blocker status as the bot is now in use by end users and there have been instances of data corruption (see #7). Even though no important data was lost, it is vital to implement a backup system to avoid losing their data.

When the bot moved to mysql, the old backup system was removed.
