I can't use start.bat, it shows that it can't find some files

i have already install Node.JS Version 10 once I try to click start.bat. it show something like this
it seems that it request for some file. Would you mind to help?

When you download the version from master branch, then npm i is required to install all modules.
If you don't want to do that (including installing node+npm), just download the latest release.
Don't forget to read the README and installation.
