Data seeder tries to create users, but this seems not possible.

User service is not up and give the following error (after docker-compose up): Unhandled Exception: System.IO.IOException: Function not implemented

Issue is platform gerelateerd. Ik zit nu op een nieuwe macbook waar ipv intel processoren nu 'apple silicon' chips in zitten. Die gebuiken niet de x86 ruleset, maar ARM.

Concreet betekend dit dat je (sommige)docker images specifiek voor dit platform moet builden.

Zal een quick-fix pushen
