Would like intellisense-like behavior when certain tags are used.

For example: When using #Form, focusing the value input should trigger a tooltip with supported forms (and descriptions) the tooltip should stay on focus and have a help link to docs in the corner which would open a new window to docs.casualos.com and navigate to the tags/#forms section.

generally can be used for any reasonably finite set of values (Boolean, enumerations (or pseudo-enumerations),)
