What exactly do you want to do?
Do you want to deploy the whole website to a new host or only the app that you were developing for students?
How are we going to solve the problem with UTM and uber-old technologies that they are using?

Deploy to a server were I do have root access (so no more problems with software).
Set a 301 redirect from faf.utm.md to new domain name.
The site will stay the same for users, new apps will only empower and justify usage of website.
