TGmeetup Lite CLI

TGmeetup Lite command line tool is the aggregated repository.
The main repository is TGmeetup. However, people need to setup API.cfg by their self before using TGmeetup repository.
Therefore, we provide TGmeetup Lite CLI which get communities, conferences, events via GitHub API.
