Note that JMol colors have been adopted for view_crystal in 93d8668.

Adding colors to atoms in plot_spins might be confusing, because typical examples use arrow colors in a different way.

Now that view_crystal can accept a System, and display its dipoles, I think we have achieved the core goal for this issue.
