Chris has said he'd like it if the dashboard would tell him if the indexer is currently detecting a jam or not.

@thehappycamden this really just involves pumping a boolean to the smartdashboard in the places where unjam functionality is implemented, @NinjaDuck9000 has said he can make red text show up if there is a known key.

i suggest coordination happen through this issue.
