Allow mapping local names

There are cases in Dojo where the local variable name normally used for a module is not the same as the filename, so it would be good to allow a way to configure such names. Some examples are:

dojo/dom-class -> domClass
dojo/window -> winUtils

And just to make sure, this should apply equally well to non-Dojo modules.
