Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

People want to find out their MP or ADUN by entering an address or sharing a location. This requires a services to map geolocation coordinates to administrative boundaries.

Describe the solution you'd like

Setup VM for our maintained version of MaPIT and import latest PAR and DUN boundaries.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using Global Mapit imported with data from OSM. But currently that hasn't been updated since 2021.
