Update: it works with NonlinearSolve v3.7.3 but not with v3.8.

With with new release of FastAlmostBandedMatrices it seems to work https://github.com/SciML/FastAlmostBandedMatrices.jl/actions/runs/8367076418/job/22935876154#step:6:1781. I will tag a release once JuliaRegistries/General#103305 is merged
