As a player,
I want to know that I landed on healthcare.
So that I will come to know how much money I have to pay for health care.

Acceptance Criteria

Given that player is landed on health care.
when player rolled dice between 1 to 3.
then player has to pay half of his ledger balance.
Given that player is landed on health care.
when player rolled dice between 4 to 6.
then player has to pay all amount player has in his/her cash Ledger.
