Remove UBID as default matching field

Because SEED is now very strict about not being able to delete matching fields after the first file has been imported, I think we should remove UBID as a matching field for both Properties and Tax Lots (not sure it's there for Tax lots, but if it is it should be removed).

Users can always add it in later if they want to.

So I believe that leaves PM Property ID and Custom ID 1 as the default matching fields, at least on the property side, which I think is fine.
