Some Assets Missing From Text

I'm using thinkcspy: The PreTeXt Interactive Edition.

My username is bmontana-edu.

Data files, and images (needed in activities) present in the Restructured Text (rst) version are missing in the PreTeXt version (ptx). I have successfully added problems (for coding assignments) and data files used in the assignments. However, when I add a datafile that is used in a reading assignment (e.g. ccdata.txt in Chapter 11, section 4), it is not available in the reading. I can search and see that the file was added. Brad successfully made the cecata.txt file I added available. However, in the same chapter, section 11.7, another text file (mydata.txt) is not available.

I also noticed that luther.jpg is missing in chapter 8, section 11.

These things seem to be related: at least some assets present in the rst version did not port over to the ptx version.

@rbeezer These are all things that need us to finish up the directive that supports datafile for the academy builds.
