During Install:

• Wait for the processes to end "DCDSetup*"
• Remove the desktop link "DYMO Connect"

Winget uninstall is what it is (depending on the manifest), hence -preuninstall:

• Silently Uninstall the MSI "DYMO Connect*"

If left to the manifest uninstall method, the client does a hard reboot during the uninstall!
