These are the specific questions and areas we need to address with the soft launch

Product and services, web and ordering experience, communication, packaging, brand identity

  1. Do the product and service offerings deliver value?
  2. Is this something the customer would normally participate in?
  3. Do customers identify with the brand?

Launched initial program, shipped numerous orders, and have had some initial conversations. The general approach in the customer-friends interview is to seed the conversations with very open-ended questions and let our customer-friends talk about what's important to them. The idea is not to steer the conversation, but rather listen carefully to what they are talking about as people will naturally talk about what's important to them.

These are the general questions:

  1. What are your initial impressions of the coffee and shopping experience?
  2. What did you think of the packaging?
  3. What's your impression of the brand?
  4. What didn't work?
  5. What could be different or better?
