This should reflect the first real goals Lockhouse needs to accomplish. This may be 1-3, but not many more.

Keep it simple, lean, and focus on learning and pivoting.

The below is very tactical

  1. Get a small number of coffees to an ideal state; that is, know the coffee and how to roast it
  2. Build the site (http://lockhouse.coffee)
  3. Purchase recyclable shipping materials
  4. Moo.com inserts/cards
  5. Enlist beta-tasters, who'll review products and experience
