Simple fork of OpenZeppelin NFT preset with the following tweaks:

remove token pausing - boo rugging collectors of fine digital goods 🙅!
add mint fee in ETH - ETH is money, after all 💸!
add fee collection for owner - creators gotta eat 🍚!
add mint cap - scarcity is cool and flexes immutability 📐!
