Invalid readme information/file not found

In the readme, it refers to a config.example file, but it does not exist in the downloaded project. I believe modification here should be done in the App.config based upon the provided information. Also, when you compile the sample project, the project references to the file as noted, and the only way to compile is to remove the file reference in the project:
