Automated deployment of solution

We need to be able to deploy the entire solution (satellite, jenkins, mock etc and all integration points) from a playbook.

Sorry, I didn't realize that someone was assigned to this issue and I just did first efforts on this at https://github.com/ericzolf/soe-ci/tree/ericzolf-vagrant-automate - it's work in progress, the task isn't that simple, I can also create a pull request to work collaboratively on this (not knowing what you might have had in mind).
