We need to be able to delete a puppet module from git, and have it deleted from the export repo, and hence from the new CV ver.

note to self:
Currently puppetpush.sh will iterate over all tarballs in PUPPET_REPO_ID and add them to the CV.
So, we need to delete tarballs for which the source directory was removed.
