Add to node-info template
NeutronDhcpAgentDnsmasqDnsServers: ['{{ dns_server_local }}']

Add to ceph configurations.
rgw_swift_account_in_url: true

Also need to add post configuration tasks that fix the swift endpoints for temp url auth
