A tag select possui o fundo preto mas as opções dentro da tag possuem a cor do texto branco e o fundo branco.

Expected Behavior

Texto visível

Current Behavior

Texto só é visível quando é realizado o mouse over na opção

Possible Solution

Aplicar fundo preto nas opções
