a "play/pause" toggle button for the requests panel, that will pause sse requests.

the current implementation has 2 drawbacks:

  • the constant pings make it exceptionally hard to use the debugger with tweens and middleware (which will get triggered on every sse ping)
  • some web browsers aren't happy with long browser processes like this, and performance degrades
