The current balancer is 5.2.1 (as taken form the source manifest this is built from)
They are sporting 6.6.0 - https://hub.docker.com/layers/jelastic/varnish/6.6.0/images/sha256-5ee0be500e23ea7217c3e4cca927e31233bdedd4a5b1a176293b0a977f95b66d?context=explore

Check if the included varnish scripts are comaptible and update to latest
