Hi,

Is there a recommended process/steps to convert a site that is running on Azure/MySQL to a Project Nami Azure running MSSQL?

The guaranteed way to do it, though it might not copy every single thing over, is to use the WordPress Export and Import. Export your old site, then import it into the new site.
