Enable translation uploads

Please enable the option to uploade translations at Hosted Weblate for the component "Website": https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/pretendonetwork/website/

I've translated the component "Website" into Croatian (91 %). See attachment:

Until you enable the option to uploade translations for the component "Website", please merge my translation in the attachment.

Please use the appropriate channels for translating. You should be using the web interface. If you choose to not use the web interface, you should make a pull request. Do not use issues for non-issues.

Additionally we are leaving Weblate in favor of another translation platform once it is finished, so I'm trying to minimize the amount of maintenance done on Weblate.
