Password incorrect (even though it is)

I get an error message saying incorrect password. so I can’t use pretendo network.

Same ! Cannot create an account, getting incorrect password and "Must include Letters, Number and/or punctuation characters" but I triple checked and it has everything required, so I'm thinking this is an invalid error

At the time this issue was made, the Pretendo forums did not exist, but I recommend going there for help on this.
Also please attach the error codes you received, what device you executed registration on, and if possible, any error logs you may have.
