Unable to create using WHMCS plugin

Steps to reproduce:
1. Accept 10th order on WHMCS
2. The setup process fails

Actual result: "Error: container config file /etc/pve/openvz/10.conf already 
exists, can not use --config option
Creation of container private area failed" - From production.log


Expected result: The VM is set up

Version of the product: Version 2.4 (from scripted install)

Server OS: Debian (ProxMox 3.3)

Browser: Google Chrome

Additional information: Using ProxMox version 3.3, though this had also failed 
with fresh install CentOS and Debian. Setting up VMs with WHMCS 5.3.10.
