Problem Assigning VE Hostname

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a VE with host name AgilityGrid
2.The VE dose not start.
3.The VE starts if I make AgilityGrid to agilityGrid

Actual result: VE Does not start

Expected result: VE starts normally.

Version of the product: OpenVZ Web Panel 2.4

Server OS:CentOS release 6.5 | 2.6.32-042stab085.17 #1 SMP Thu Mar 6 16:49:33 
MSK 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
