Functionality: The system will check the sales invoice while submitting the gate pass and if the vehicle is released on credit then the following message.

Your vehicle [Registration #] has been released on credit as per Sales Invoice #[Invoice Number]. The total amount due is [Total Amount].

Functionality: The system will check the due date of the sales invoice. if the invoice is unpaid for 15 days, the following SMS will be sent to the customer.

Your outstanding payment as per invoice # [Invoice number] is now overdue. The total amount due is [Total Amount].

Please settle promptly to avoid any inconvenience. Feel free to reach out if needed.
