Make CSV File available to station API (filesystem or minio)
Create dataset entry with this info
API:
- create dataset api (Schema!) - POST -> check if the file is available (optional parse info from the file and store this somewhere)
- get /dataset/{id} -> return info based on dataset type and the actual data
- maybe make a summary plot
