Ofono application still operates alongside the Phone app #7

Though all dialogs for the Ofono app can be closed without affecting the phone app, the extra dialog boxes that appear when receiving a call and after hanging up are confusing for the UX.

The attached image shows the dialogs that appear during an incoming call, when the call is answered and when hanging up.
