Add drop down to booking forms to allow users to fill the booking form with their billing details or other saved details.

Drop down for profiles should be hidden for guests / users not yet logged in to the site.

When entering new profile information users have the option of saving the information. This option will be a checkbox, checked by default. The checkbox will appear at the end of the section of the form dealing with profile information. Unchecking the box will cause the information to be used for this reservation only and will not be saved.

Profile information will only be accessible to the account which created it, no sharing options.
