.1. Activate mobile dropdown navbar in case of screen width 585px or less

.2. fix navbar dropdown in mobile view
Impossible to take a screenshot, but on clicking on a menu link it displays its submenus as a dropdown until it loads the clicked page; and this doesn't look very good.

Possible solution: do not display mouseover submenus in mobile view?
