Use VSCode instance instead of web CLI

Instead of using the super ephemeral web CLI for the workshop, it would be great to see the VSCode instance that the MAD Roadshow is pioneering used instead.

The longer term direction is to use HomeLab which is what the container native workshops are using. Local IDEs tend to be problematic where users have challenges with firewalls (for example port 6443 being blocked)
