some usb dvb external tuners not recognized #839

Current situation with usb-c/t/t2/s/s2 drivers is in some places broken ,
for example this device https://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/TerraTec_Cinergy_S2#Update rev.4
is not recognized by dw2102 module after installation

this probably be fixed in some time when new update incomes
