Not possible to select different docs version from bottom left flyout menu on ReadTheDocs

Although we build and make accessible docs for our individual alchemiscale releases, clicking the bottom-left flyout menu for the rendered docs doesn't appear to work: https://docs.alchemiscale.org/en/latest/

@mikemhenry any idea why this might be?

Not sure if related @dotsdl but it may be worth unpinning sphinx now? If I remember correctly support for sphinx >= 7 should be done.
