olcUTIL_Camera2D: m_vScreenSize is hard coded with no construction update, or means to change #355

olc::vi2d m_vScreenSize = { 16,15 };

This causes the FixedScreens to react poorly in situations where the viewport does not match the resolution that was used while programming it. 256x240, assuming 16x16 tiles. when using 256x240 Fixed Screens works beautifully. I propose:

    inline void SetScreenSize(const olc::vi2d& size)
    {
        m_vScreenSize = size;
    }

FIXED SCREENS for all resolutions!
