Feature Description
Our server utilizes this cog heavily, however a lot of users don't use messages as often as they spend time in our voice channels. I was asked if we could also include time spent in voice channels as another way to accumulate towards their rank.

Alternatives Considered
We've attempted different types of cogs with no avail, at least ones I'm currently aware of

Additional Context
We're open to alternatives but we do enjoy the roletiers set up.
