[Translate] Suggestion: Two-Way Translation Channels

Feature Description
Using 2 languages for the same auto-translation channel.
It will be useful to communicate between two people without typing the command each time.

The best way to implement two ways translation is to enable auto detection for that particular channel only for 2 languages we specified in the settings beforehand.

Example:
If bot detect french, then translate to english, if bot detect english, then translate to french, if bot detect another language, do nothing.
