odata_trippin_sample doesn't start on Windows 7

While on Windows 2012 R2 everything works fine, I have problems using odata_client on Windows 7. It doesn't start up, i.e. main is not called. Seems that there is a deadlock during DLL initialization.

Same Problem odata_trippin_sample doesn't start on Windows 7. It is not hitting break point at main. Some deadlock happed while running sample.
